At cue design and build we base everything we do around our core belief which is: do it once and do it properly. Whether it be the design and construction of a new building or extension, or the complete refurbishment of an existing property, we believe that through detailed design, and thorough planning and management, coupled with an uncompromising attitude towards quality, a high spec finished product can be achieved on time and on budget first time every time.

The trickiest part of the build process is coordinating the numerous people necessary to get a project from an idea to a finished product. Regardless of the size and scope of the works being carried out, all stages of the building process from the initial meeting with a client, through the design and planning stages to the actual build itself, are personally carried out and managed by the Cue team. We believe a major reason for our on-going growth and success is that as a company we have the resources, experience and knowledge to undertake and tightly manage all facets of the design and build process.

This means that the client does not have to spend the huge amount of time necessary organising and liaising with council planners, building control officers, designers, architects, engineers, contractors, building merchants and so on, as everything from start to finish is done by us. The result of this is that all works are undertaken as efficiently and cost effectively as possible with minimal stress to the client.
